The Midas Touch Synopsis
A failed comic book writer nearly murders his girlfriend in a fight, when he turns the knife she was attacking him with to gold. As he learns how to harness his new power, he discovers it is linked to that feeling of violence. Believing he can harness his power for good, he embarks on a career as a super hero, only to lose control at the worst possible moment.

The Midas Touch is a monologue about super heroes, regret, and chasing that golden feeling.
